Alan Stokes Scores Epic Barrels In Scotland

We may be hitting the coldest months of the year, but that won’t stop us from making the most of old Blighty’s most consistent surf season.

Although to an outsider it seems crazy to head out on those misty mornings, when the thermometer’s sub zero, for us the promise of pumping waves along our local coastlines is always enough to get us suiting up.

A few months back Stokesy set off to Scotland, along with the rest of the UK contingent, for the UK pro surf tour comp. Between his heats he managed to sneak off and slip into some of Scotlands heaviest slabs, including the infamous ‘tens’.
