Couple on Jet Ski Crash Into Jetty At Newport Wedge

The Wedge is no stranger to carnage, on any given day of waves, wave riders of all craft can be seen getting pummeled,  however it’s unusual that jet-skiers (the most arrogant of all water craftsman) end up tangled up in her vicious spin cycle.  For some reason this couple thought it would be a good idea to drive their ski around the impact zone. I think they learnt their lesson. Luckily the lifeguards, who often risk their own lives to save others at Newports premier shorey, were there to save the day (watch the rescue in the second vid).
