Dane Reynolds has secured himself yet another WSL wild card, the fourth this year! Whilst his surfing has been a little so-so he did manage to deliver the goods in Fiji, securing a quarter final finish and since France has always been one of his favoured waves (and just because he’s Dane and everybody loves Dane) we’re all pretty excited to see what he can whip out the bag next week down Landes way. As well as announcing this on his instagram, Dane has promised all his prize money will go to charity and has asked you, the fine people of the web, to help him pick a worthy cause:

so i just got news i’ll be in the quiksilver pro france next week and i’m gonna donate my prize money to someone that needs it more than me. i usually donate to animal stuff (wildlife rehabilitation places, animal shelters, aspca) but any suggestions on foundations with a good cause? hopefully the waves crank on and i can make some cause my grovel game is @joliphotos
