When it comes to tube time at Indonesia’s Desert Point, there’s likely few other surfers that’s stacked as many minutes under the hood as Willi Aliotti.
That’s a bold claim. But consider this: Willi’s been stationed up at Desert Point for a while now, digging into every swell that’s burped out of the Indian Ocean – and he’s not slowing down. “Every three days one swell is showing up, it’s been on fire,” Willi told Wavelength.
Indo’s been pumping for the past few days now – and looks like there’s going to be a pulse of oceanic juice blipping off the charts leading into the weekend. We’ll keep you posted on that. For now, here’s Willi in Indo to a Black Sabbath soundtrack.
