What can I do to protect the environment during my visit?

We must work together to protect the beautiful location in which the cinema takes place. Please help by doing the following:

    – Dispose of litter promptly in the bins provided, or take it home with you. Be careful that the wind doesn’t blow litter into hedges.

    – Do not throw cigarette waste onto the ground. Please extinguish these fully and place them in the bin.

    – There are wildlife habitats in the fields neighbouring the cinema. Please make sure your children do not disturb these by climbing over gates or playing near the hedge lines. There will be signage to warn you of where these habitats are located. There is plenty of other space for children to play in the cinema field.

    – Please check your vehicle for oil leaks. An oil leak on the site can have serious consequences for wildlife and plants. Any vehicle found leaking engine oil or fuel will have to leave the site immediately.

    Are dogs allowed on site?

We love our dogs, but sadly this is a livestock field with protected natural wildflife habitats within, so no dogs are allowed. The livestock won’t be in there when the movie’s showing, but domestic animals can contaminate the field, with a potential long term negative affect to the livestock. So, no dogs on site.

However, if you cannot find a doggy sitter for your pooch, we appreciate this might cause you a problem and might make your visit a challenge. Under these circumstances we appreciate that some people have little option but to bring their dog, and in this instance any dog must be kept in the car, or on a lead on all times in the field, and strictly all dog mess must be collected. If this policy is not strictly adhered to we reserve the right to eject any culpable ticket holders.

What types of cars are allowed?

Yes to: Motorbikes, 3 Wheelers, Cars, 4x4s, Vans, Campervans

    No to: HGVs and beyond

N.b. if you have a big car you might be asked to park nearer the back so as not to obstruct anyone’s view.
