For the surfers of Holland, a red weather warning presents an opportunity.
Last month hurricane force winds tore through the country, tearing roofs off houses, uprooting trees and sending the nations thousands of bicycles cartwheeling through the air, occasionally with riders still attached.
However, for North Sea based surfers Sevo and Oliver, a harbour wall provided all the shelter they needed to bust out the soft tops and score a spot which apparently only breaks every ten years!
