Pioneering new technical apparel line, inspired by cold water surfing.
When Tom Kay founded Cornish cold water surf brand Finisterre back in 2002, he had two goals in mind. One was to establish an ethical British brand with a focus on craftsmanship, durability, and above all, longevity. The other was to produce clothing designed exclusively for the cold water surf environment, and that would accurately reflect the reality of life for surfers in the UK and northern hemisphere. The AW14 launch of Finisterre’s pioneering new CWS line is the culmination of this twin ethos. Through its understated functionality, subdued colour palette and timeless aesthetic CWS is Finisterre’s pinnacle product. In short, it’s the ultimate in elemental protection.
Connecting technical elements with a heritage-inspired silhouette and premium, responsibly sourced fabrics, the CWS label marks over a decade of commitment to the founding Finisterre philosophy of chasing cold, uncrowded waves.
