As for being thin, having a pinhead, and having BS full rotes on tap, we can never be sure of the King of the Beats’ stance. But safe to assume broadly fine with it all, especially over celebrity.

Gatien Delahaye probably isn’t too arsed either way about being famous. Loves to surf though, loves a back to the wall punt and is quietly having a legit swing at becoming the 5th Republic’s sixth ever men’s World Tour qualifier. Another feisty graduate of the Guadeloupe finishing school of French shortbladers, his is sharper steel than many, levering that lanky frame into spin after countless spin at breakneck speed.

In Pitstops, Gatien’s new short film by Simon Levalois-Bazer, we get to see the thin man’s full finery across some of Europe’s fave surf shores, from against the grain inside lefts at the Basque Co‘s meaty right, Roka Puta, to Les Landes, Portugal, and much between. Brits even get a shout out too, nearly, via a cover 70’s punk band Wire’s In Manchester, by Black Marble.
