The Home Stretch – How you can back Wavelength into the future

When Wavelength was taken over a month or so ago and we started this crowdfunder we were all a little nervous, would anyone back us, did anyone care? Sure we’re the oldest mag in Europe, we’ve got some very talented people working for us, both on staff and freelance, but in the world of instant internet gratification did folk care enough about a mag? Well it turns out we needn’t have worried, you do care, in fact the support from readers and industry alike has been overwhelming, and for everyone who has backed us all we can say is a massive thank you!

What next though, we’ve hit our target, we’re done right? Well not quite, you see if we can push it a bit further, we can do even greater things. We want to create a magazine which is there for the reader, giving you guys what you want, in formats you want it. The mag’s future is now completely secure and we’ll be abel to keep producing beautifully crafted tales of surf for years to come. We also have incredible plans online, and not just to pump out the same old vids as everyone else but to create new films, photo stories and deliver them in a way you guys want to consume them.
