WATCH: JOB & Friends Suffer A Million Sandy Enemas JOB and friends take on a really heavy shore-break, attempt acid drops and round things out at a South Shore novelty wave:

Luke Gartside

5th October 2018

In JOB’s latest web ep, we find him and friends take a tour of some of his favourite waves on the south shore.

There’s heavy shore-break poundings, a Waimea wall jump and various wind-tickled ramps. There’s excellent board transfers, and convincing acid drops, with a little bit of high-performance shredding from pals Zeke Lau and Seth Moniz to round things out.

You’ll wince frequently as the lip lands, before marvelling at the crew’s ability to pop up unscathed, bones and tendons still intact, following a brutal battering. It’s nice to see Jamie unafflicted by that air of sensible self-preservation that takes over so many in their mid-30’s. May his ridiculous antics live long and our ability to be entertained by them never die.
