Nic Von Rupp Threads Perfect Kegs In Paradise

European barrel hound Nic Von Rupp is back with another blinder of an edit, tying up his much acclaimed my road series.

The latest instalment sees Nic threading a ridiculous amount of perfect barrels around Indo, whilst a fictional story, narrated by a frolicking women runs parallel to the surf action. While the cutaways might not be to everyones taste, the surfing and overall production is of an indisputable quality.

Featuring various all time sessions at familiar breaks, including Kandui and Nias on the best days of the year, and a plethora of waves that are a little harder to place, this is the sort of edit that will have you booking flights to anywhere you can get barrelled in boardies. Here’s what Nic had to say about it:

“When I’m chasing waves around the world, I get along with a bunch of different people. Most of the time, they’re surfers like me. Sometimes, they’re just random tourists. Sometimes, I get to meet some crazy fellow travellers collecting stories wherever they go. The more I travel, the more I’m sure I’ll always find someone that really surprises me. This is a story about those who dare to go lonely into the wild.”
