Passenger Launches SS15 Collection

Celebrating its fourth season, Passenger launches its SS15 collection, exploring new dimensions and injecting additional product categories.

A collaboration of simplicity and functionality the range boasts clean lines and subtle detailing. Encompassing relaxed layers, casual walkshorts and lightweight shirts, Passenger introduces its first line of hybrid boardshorts for summer.

The season’s casual-yet-stylish look blends strong, textured fabrics with soft, effortless cottons. Incorporating neutral tones with flashes of deep reds and ocean blues, the new collection features colour washed finishes and vintage brushed effects.

Showcasing the brands true personality, signature pieces include the contrasting short sleeve Devon Shirt, the vintage frayed Hipster Walkshort and the understated Custom Tee that embraces this seasons ‘stripe’ trend. Other highlights in the range include the 5-panel Country Cap and the relaxed Wonky Shirt.

Adding its first collection of hybrid boardshorts to the product portfolio, standout styles include the Breeze and the colour block Seabeard. Bridging the gap between the land and the sea, the range benefits from 4-way stretch, lightweight fabric and quick dry technology.

Founded back in 2013, Passenger evolved one early sunny September morning on a surf road trip to the SW coast of England. ‘We wanted to create a style of clothing for people who love exploring. A collection that pushes the boundaries when it comes to quality yet bridges the gap between style and practicality’ says founder Richard Sutcliffe. ‘I wanted to create a brand that unites like-minded people who live for the outdoors, art, photography & adventure. Passenger aims to inspire individuals and encourage them to embrace their own journey whatever that may be.’

Continually exploring, the SS15 Passenger collection captures the carefree essence of adventure and freedom. Hailing from the south coast of England, minutes from the sea and the forest, both elements remain a continual source of inspiration.
