A Scottish Adventure With James Parry There's more to Scotland than heavy slabs, as beautifully demonstrated by Cornish style master James Parry in this brand new edit.

Luke Gartside

27th November 2017

scotland

Here’s a brand new edit featuring a voyage through Scotland with Cornish logger James Parry.

Produced by Scottish film maker Mike Guest, the edit extends beyond your usual slab laden sojourn, instead taking in a few of Scotland’s sand bottomed waves with a special focus on the beautiful scenery that whizzes past the window on the way to them.

Parry stylish glides his way through every wind whipped peeler that presents itself, taking to a variety of craft with grace and aplomb.

Unlike down in the south west, Thurso and the surrounding coastline has enjoyed a consistent run of swells and favourable winds so far this season and we’re sure this will be one of many quality edits to emerge for us wave starved southerners to jealously gorge on.
