Next month, teams from all across Europe will make their way to the ESF EuroSurf Junior Surfing Championships, this year taking place in Bundoran, Ireland from September 24 until October 4. Home to one of the country’s most brilliant waves.
“This is the first time the event has been held in Ireland,” said Alexandra Barnes from Team England. “We are sending a stellar team out to the event. The team will be by former European Junior Champion Lukas Skinner and WSL Pro Junior Winner Imari Hearn.
“They will be ably supported by a cast of current Caravan and Motorhome Club English National Champions including Willow Smith, Heath Gillespie, Lila Skinner and Cairo Garcia Plartus. We will also be introducing some of the most exciting young surfers in Europe to the event with current Rip Curl GromSearch Champions Betsie Reay and Cassius Woudberg making their first appearances for Team England.”
