The Blue Earth Summit Inspires Sustainable Change

The Blue Earth Summit takes place in (Bristol 13-14 October 21). A two-day gathering of outdoor adventurers including eminent surfers, exploring how we can live and work more sustainably.

The positive effects of surfing are well known. The Blue Earth Summit is being attended by some of the most forward-thinking brands and organisations with the “business of life” as a key topic of discussion.

With the COP26 global gathering about to start in Glasgow, The Blue Earth Summit is a timely marker that brings together a cross-section of eminently positive thinkers across business, the outdoor industries, elite sport, academia, politics, activism and sustainability to challenge us all to commit to values and habits for the common good in a region that is proud of it’s leadership, humility and creativity.

Day one of the event will see a programme of content designed to inspire attendees, involving keynote speakers such as Sir Tim Smit from The Eden Project, panels with the likes of 1% for the Planet and ethical business investor sessions. The second day is built around attendee experience, with the chance to get outdoors and take part in a range of activities, from trail running to surfing, at The Wave, Bristol.

Tackling the combined crisis of mindset and planet doesn’t need to be an exhaustive list of what not to do. The Blue Earth Summit focuses on what we value most and how this can have a long-lasting and highly positive impact on our own wellbeing.
