Wavelength Issue 245 Bristol Launch Party

Luke Gartside

31st May 2016

There’s lots of daft reasons we Brits use as an excuse for a bit of knees up. Your boss getting married? Yeah I’ll come to your rent-a-disco reception. Summer is it? Well of course I’ll spend £300 to sleep in a field and drink warm lager for five days. Well, we’ve got another date for your already bustling diary, the celebration of Wavelength issue 245, going down on Friday 10th of June at Spoke and Stringer in Bristol.

The birth of another sterling issue of our beautiful periodical is just about the best reason we can think of to sink a few ales, and that’s why we’ve put together the perfect evening of high brow surf culture and epic tunes for our Avon based surf fans. Join the Wavelength team and the guys behind The Endless Winter II for an exclusive screening of their most recent footage, grab a copy of the latest issue and mingle with like minded surf folk. We’ve got free beer for each guest, live music from local DJ’s plus the chance to get your salty fingers on some rad freebies from our friends at Finisterre, TCSS, Iron and Resin, and Brixton

How much? Nothing. That’s right, both of our launch events 100% free, as long as you confirm you attendance here. Spaces are strictly limited so if you want at attend make sure you grab your place sharpish.

Friday 10th of June 19:00 – 22:00

Spoke and Stringer
The Boat House Unit 1
Lime kiln Rd
Bristol
BS1 5AD

Looking for a bit more of a big city banker vibe? We’re also celebrating in Finisterre’s Convent Garden store the day before, Thursday 9th of June, click here for details. Apparently they have underground trains that can take you right there? Who would have thought it.
