After dropping off the CT in 2008 due to injury, Timmy has all but disappeared from competition surfing, opting to swap the wobbly beach breaks of the QS for solid, uncrowded waves. In this edit he provides an insight into his preparation and overall ethos for travelling off the beaten track as he searches out big slabs in the Pacific Northwest.
