One of the few benefits of lockdown is the time it offers us to confront those tasks that everyday life (and surfing) usually get in the way of.

For normal folk that means catching up on a bit of reading, sorting out the garden or rekindling a love affair with a long-forgotten instrument.

For the globe’s constantly travelling free surfers, however, the forced pause provides the perfect opportunity to sift through the gigabytes of footage sat gathering dust on a mountain of hard drives.
