WATCH: Robbie Maddison Almost Runs Over A Surfer On His Motocycle At Cloudbreak Many have commented they guy could easily have been killed.

Luke Gartside

10th September 2017

A video has surfaced of Robbie Maddison performing his moto-surf stunt in a crowded line up in Fiji.

Earlier this year we reported how Maddison had attempted his to catch a wave on his bike at Todos Santos in Mexico, but had been sent packing by the locals, to loud internet cheers from the surf community, who have just about had enough of Madison and his little stunt. However far from being deterred by the ordeal, or it’s subsequent controversy, it looks like the experience has spurred him on to try again.

This instagram clip, which is as of yet the only coverage of his latest attempt, was posted yesterday and features Maddison on a head high wave at Cloudbreak, almost mowing down a surfer on the shoulder as he paddles for dear life. The video has so far been met by outrage and ridicule online.

It does seem bizarre to us that he only wants to do his moto-surf thing in well known, highly populous line ups, when there are surely thousands of waves out there where he could achieve much the same thing without running the risk of killing some poor bastard on a once in a life time trip to tropical paradise. Let us know your thoughts on it in the comments.
