WATCH: Sean Pertwee, Steve England & Rob Small On 25 Years Of Blue Juice

Luke Gartside

29th July 2020

Last weekend we kicked off our summer of drive-in cinema with a special 25th anniversary screening of Cornish surf cult classic Blue Juice.

To mark the occasion, we invited some of the evening’s attendees who were instrumental in the production up on stage for a little reminisce.

Our guests were Sean Pertwee, who played the leading role of J.C and local surfing legends Steve England and Rob Small, who worked alongside the director and producer as ‘surf consultants’, a position that included everything from teaching the actors how to surf, stunt doubling for them and doing a sort of early 90s low budget version of water safety.

Join us every weekend throughout the summer on the cliffs overlooking Watergate Bay for drive-in screenings of some of the greatest surf and non-surf films ever made. View the full line up and get your tickets here.
