WATCH: Sterling Spencer Prove There’s Fun To Be Had Even In Tiny Waves Knee high dribblers never looked so fun!

Luke Gartside

5th June 2018

It’s that time of year again when all but the most stubborn high-pro shorboarders will start reaching for their fun small wave sticks.

As much as we enjoy watching the world’s best jubilantly surfing solid, powerful and perfect waves, sometimes it’s nice to see them milking as much enjoyment as possible from one foot slop, and none does it better than Floridian Sterling Spencer.

In his latest edit we see Sterling trying out a variety of summer fun boards, throwing cheater fives, close out off to top to ski-stance re-entries and tail-wafts. And while the clip features a few proper-wave cameos, the vast majority takes place in the kind of dribblers that most of us find ourselves frolicking in during a summer post-work surf. So hit play and get inspired, for your next one foot wiggle.
