For 2016 Volcom have expanded their boardshort segmentation into three offerings, Mod Tech, Slingers and Jammers, to accommodate all personalities and lifestyles. 

New design signatures and branding executed into complementary print and colour stories. All on premium and interesting 4-way stretch fabrics, coating to reduce water absorption,wicking moisture is used to minimise friction and faster drying. Clinch Fly design eliminates the traditional hook and loop velcro for maximum comfort with minimal bulk. 

From the performance driven Mod Tech series to the submergence seeking Slingers, the boardshorts have a clean finish and unique signature details that reflect the diversity of the True To This movement.

Mod Tech
A Staple that has existed from Volcom is the Mod Tech Boardshort. These stay true to function. Designed to meet the needs and demands of the serious surgery and are put to the ultimate test by our athletes.

 

Slingers
Evolving the Cinch Fly where the drawcord continues around the entire waist for adjusting comfort and hold, offering slightly shorter silhouettes on select styles with side hand pockets.

Jammers
The Jammers are an extensions and spin off from the slinger. Flat front waistband with a half elastic back, giving a more relaxed and forgiving fit with super soft cotton blend fabrics with side hand pockets.
