Welsh Up-And-Comer Jo Morris In Hawaii

Fifteen year old Jo Morris is part of a new contingent of young Welsh rippers putting the work in and pushing the envelope on an international stage.

Despite touting his local coastline in South Wales as hosting some of the best waves in the UK, Jo has spent much of his early teens travelling, already notching up several visits to France, Portugal, The USA and Hawaii, which is where we find him in his latest edit, on a mid-winter coaching mission with SurfSolutions.

Despite his small stature Jo is pretty fearless in the face of heavy waves, and during the trip he sought to further step up his game with a couple macking sessions at Sunset, as well as tuning up his high performance game on some fun-sized runners along the seven mile miracle.

The edit was cut by up-and-coming surf film maker Seth Hughes of Onterre films. Check out more of his work on his Vimeo here, and instagram here.
