Since 1981, Wavelength has been a cornerstone of British surfing, championing the vibrant and diverse surf culture across our small yet surf rich island.
In 2024, Wavelength transitioned into a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to supporting the surfers, photographers, writers, and videographers within the UK and European surf communities.
The Wavelength UK Surfer Awards 2025 continues this legacy, shining a spotlight on British surfing through 12 categories, with winners chosen by the UK surfing community.

How It Works
From the 14th of February 2025 the surfing public will be asked to vote in 12 different categories, listing their top choices. The voting period ends at the end of May 2025.
Four finalists in each category will be notified of their achievement.
On the 12th of September 2025 the award night will showcase the four finalists and announce the winner.
