There’s something about those crazy Irish slabs – you can’t take your eyes off them.
This past swell season, Gearoid McDaid’s been putting in a load of graft at various shallow, rock-ledged slabs, most notably, at this glorious Emerald Isle Atlantic wonder.
“It’s not too often we get a day like this,” Gearoid told Wavelength. “There’s plenty of days that we go and tow here but there’s always something kind of wrong. But this was literally perfect. Pretty stoked to score a day like this.”
