Every surfer has their own morning routine. For Rowan Curbishley, that means a few things. Getting up at the crack of dawn, assessing the conditions and equipment and then turning all his attention back to a love of painting an unbroken canvas on a longboard. It’s also about getting out there at the tippy-end of the UK for a session that keeps the fire alive. For Rowan, those morning sessions are a way to set up the rest of the day and that’s probably a good mantra for like. A film by Osker Carmichael.
