Heaving Irish Winter Slabs

Just before Christmas Cornish ripper Harry Timson took the well trodden path across the Celtic Sea to chase a swell as it landed on Ireland’s perfectly shaped slabs of rock.

He was joined by photographer Tim Borrow and filmer Mike Guest, who’s handy-work we shall present here in.

Upon arrival in the Emerald Isle the trio met up with Conor Maguire, emigrant Noah Lane, and New Yorker Will Skudin, who’s spending the winter in Ireland hunting the biggest, heaviest waves he can find.

You can read a full write up featuring the trip’s inevitable twists and turns in the latest issue of the mag, which you can buy here or, never miss an issue again, by subscribing here.

The winter has already seen a whole load of epic sessions go down at Mully, you can watch some of the best rides that have gone down here.
