Carving Up the Cornish Coast: Carver Skate Demo Day at 10 Over Surf Shop

This weekend 10 Over Surf Shop hosted its first ever Carver Skateboard demo day in Newquay, Cornwall.

Under the Cornish sunshine surfers and skaters from all over the south west congregated to test drive some of the latest surf skate models, including the GhostNet board which is made out of recycled fishing nets.

Advanced skaters Josh Banks and Maddie-lily Rowland put on demos all afternoon and took some of the younger kids out for a skate.

10 Over Surf Shop also had on demo the new Hamboards from California, a great addition to the afternoon. The Hamboards are up to 6’ in length, ideal for dialing in the footwork on a longboard.

Yeti provided the prizes for most improved, best moves and best times.
