Josh Daniel is a logger from Cornwall.

He lives in Phillack, a small loveable town across the bay from St Ives, and surfs Godrevy, which he adores.

He studied Jazz at Uni, which he decries in a recent interview with sponsor TCSS, as a useless degree. It wouldn’t have been a useless degree if he’d scored his own clip with some sweet sweet underground jazz, played by a band only a jazz scholar would know about. Or indeed if he’d played some jazz himself on the sound track. But he didn’t. The soundtrack is more of  ‘groove-drones and jangle freak-out’ vibe, according to the The Grease Arrestor’s website.
